Hướng dẫn làm món bánh flan rau câu trái dừa với caramel thơm lừng, nước dưa + cơm dừa + rau câu béo ngậy cực dễ, bổ trái dừa ra là miễn chê, dùng cho các ngày hè nóng bức.

Cách làm bánh: chia sẻ những bí quyết làm bánh dân gian việt nam, bánh flan, bánh bao, banh bèo, bánh gato và những loại bánh châu âu, bánh của người hoa cực hay, cực dễ làm chỉ với các nguyên liệu có sẳn trong nhà và dụng cụ đơn giản như: nồi cơm điện, bếp ga, lò vi ba, lò vi sóng hoặc lò nướng đơn giản thôi nhá.

Nguyên liệu cho món bánh flan trái dừa như sau

  • 2 quả dừa xiêm
  • Sữa tươi 400ml
  • 25g bột rau câu
  • 50 g đường cát
  • 1 bó lá dứa
  • ½ kg dừa nạo vắt lấy nước cốt.
  • 4 quả trứng gà

Chuẩn bị sơ chế trước khi làm

– Trước tiên chặt bỏ vỏ cứng quả dừa, gọt sạch vỏ lụa, rửa lại cho dừa được trắng.
– Khoét một lỗ nhỏ trên đầu quả dừa, đường kính khoảng 2cm, lấy hết nước dừa ra.
– Lá dứa xay lấy nước, pha thêm với nước rồi lọc bỏ sạch xơ, cặn của lá.

Cách làm bánh flan trái dừa như sau

1/ Làm phần rau câu bên trong trái dừa trước

– Cho phần nước lá dứa vào nồi đun sôi, sau đó pha bột rau câu vào nước ấm rồi đổ vào nồi nước lá dứa đảo đều khoảng 5 phút cho đến khi hỗn hợp đặc lại. Cho ra bát, để nguội rau câu đông lại thì cắt thành các thanh dài.

2/ Làm phần bánh flan

– Nước dừa cho vào nồi nấu sôi.
– Trộn đều đường cát, bột rau câu, sữa tươi, 2 quả trứng và một ít nước lá dứa. Đợi nước dừa sôi cho hỗn hợp này vào khuấy đều rồi đun sôi, tắt bếp.
– Xếp các thanh rau câu vào bên trong trái dừa, chờ hỗn hợp trên nguội bớt thì rót vào phủ ngập các thanh rau câu này, lưu ý: Không đổ đầy vì bột sẽ còn nở khi hấp chín.
– Cho dừa vào chưng cách thủy khoảng 90 phút. Kiểm tra bằng cách dùng tăm xăm vào chính giữa quả dừa, nếu bột bánh không dính là bánh chín.
– Để bánh thật nguội rồi cho vào tủ lạnh. Khi ăn dùng dao khéo léo cắt thành các miếng nhỏ. Sản phẩm của chúng mình sau khi hoàn thành nhìn hấp dẫn chưa này!

Bí quyết để có món bánh flan trái dừa ngon

  • Cách để tách nguyên quả dừa ra khỏi lớp vỏ cứng:
  • Để nguyên quả dừa, hơ trên lửa cho vỏ dừa khô cứng lại.
  • Dùng sống dao gõ khéo cho lớp vỏ cứng bên ngoài nứt ra.
